Company culture matters more than anything

James Gorman, CEO of Morgan Stanley encourages entrepreneurs at the Foundation dinner to develop new entry turnstiles for corporations.

The device would map the brains of those entering, he said, and decide how much a person was focused on self, and how much on the corporation. A person who was too heavily focused on the corporation would be barred entry, Gorman said – but so would a person who was too heavily focused on self.
